3. ALIVIO
ALIVIO develops technological and professional services related to the technical and operational management of real estate assets.
Through its services and functionalities, ALIVIO may provide tools intended, among others, for:
- management of pre-sale and after-sales processes;
- review and monitoring of real estate assets;
- management and traceability of issues;
- coordination of actions;
- supplier management;
- documentation of visits and interventions;
- technical and operational asset management;
- generation of information and reports;
- and other activities related to real estate management.
The description available on the website is general in nature. The specific scope of each service is that set out in the corresponding proposal, contract or applicable conditions.
4. Access to the website
Access to the public parts of the website is generally free and does not require registration.
Certain functionalities may require identification, authentication or an Authorised User account.
Users must use the website and Platform diligently, lawfully and in accordance with their purpose.
5. Access to the ALIVIO Platform

However, publicly available commercial or descriptive information is general in nature and does not replace the relevant contractual proposal, nor does it in itself constitute technical, legal, financial, urban-planning or investment advice.
The specific scope of ALIVIO’s services is that expressly contracted in each case.

Certain documents or reports may be generated automatically from the information recorded in ALIVIO.
Unless expressly stated to be a professional report prepared and signed by a technician within a service contracted for that purpose, these documents constitute a compilation or structuring of the information existing in the Platform.

Where ALIVIO processes personal data on behalf of a Client, such processing will be carried out in accordance with the corresponding Data Processing Agreement and the controller’s instructions.

Where consent is required for certain cookies, they will not be used until the User has made the relevant choice.
